The Braswell High School Lady Bengals basketball team claimed the title at the 44th Northeast Richland Lions Club Holiday Basketball Tournament.
Junior center Amaya McDonald (#25) was named the tournament’s Most Valuable Player, while senior guard Makayla Vation (#15) earned All-Tournament Player honors.
The Lady Bengals’ performance capped an impressive showing at the annual event.
