Braswell High School Class of 2025 Senior Portrait Sessions Now Open for Scheduling with Legacy Studios
Aubrey, TX — July 1, 2024 — Braswell High School is excited to announce that senior portrait sessions for the Class of 2025 can now be scheduled with Legacy Studios. Seniors will have the opportunity to take their formal tux/drape photos, which are required for inclusion in the yearbook, as well as cap and gown portraits for the graduation slideshow.
Senior Portraits (Tux/Drape Formals)
Each senior must take a formal tux/drape photo to be featured in the yearbook and a cap and gown portrait for the graduation slideshow. These senior portraits are provided at no cost to parents and students. When registering online, please ensure you select the free “yearbook sitting” option. According to the Denton ISD Student Code of Conduct, all seniors are required to have their portrait taken. Portrait sessions must be scheduled online at https://seniors.legacystudios.com/braswell-hs-aubrey-tx/. Note that parents are not allowed to attend on-campus portrait sessions during school hours.
Scheduling Details
The scheduling site will open on the following dates:
- July 1, 2024: For the August 6, 2024 session.
- Approximately one month before the sessions scheduled for:
- September 23-27, 2024
- October 21-25, 2024
We urge all seniors to schedule their appointments as soon as possible due to the high number of students (over 600) needing portraits in a limited timeframe. Missed appointments cannot be rescheduled easily, so please ensure you attend your scheduled session. Legacy Studios will send a follow up email reminding you of your scheduled appointment. Additionally it is the student’s responsibility to find a time that works best for them and to alert their teacher of their scheduled time. Hall passes/reminders will NOT be sent out to students. Seniors are responsible for remembering their scheduled time and attending it.
Alternative Scheduling at Legacy Studios
Seniors can also schedule a portrait session at Legacy Studios in Richardson, Texas. To be featured in the 2025 yearbook, all sessions must be completed by Saturday, November 23, 2024. There will be no portrait sessions at Braswell after October 25, 2024, nor over the summer. However, Legacy Studios in Richardson has significant availability in July. Important Note
All portrait sessions, whether on-campus or at Legacy Studios, must be completed by November 23, 2024, to ensure inclusion in the 2025 yearbook and graduation slideshow. Yearbook portrait pages are submitted shortly after receiving the photos in December, necessitating timely completion of portraits in September/October.
