Kylie West, News Print Editor-in-Chief
Kylie West is a senior and co-editor-in-chief of The Bengal Beat. She joined the newspaper staff as a sophomore after being encouraged by her former English teacher. West enjoys the freedom newspaper provides to write and share ideas in a collaborative environment. Her favorite type of story to write is a feature.
In addition to journalism, West is a member of the B-Well Band, where she plays French horn and mellophone and serves as assistant mellophone section leader. She also enjoys reading, listening to music and horseback riding, a hobby she has pursued since elementary school.
